Introduction of a screw conveyor that can supply with high precision using a large and small dual-screw design.
We would like to introduce our "Screw Conveyor." This product features a weighing machine that operates on an additive basis, with a dual-axis system consisting of a large screw and a small screw. Initially, both screws move, and just before reaching the set weight, the large screw stops while the small screw continues to supply accurately and stops at the set value. Our company's unique feature is that we design and manufacture in-house while considering cost-effectiveness according to the characteristics of the powder, and we can also propose a wide range of products from specialized manufacturers, accommodating both options. Our factory is equipped with a weighing machine and a test machine with a bridge breaker. We also accept test requests, so please feel free to consult with us. 【Features】 ■ The weighing machine operates on an additive basis with a dual-axis system of a large screw and a small screw. ■ The large screw stops just before the set weight, while the small screw supplies accurately and stops at the set value. *You can view the comprehensive catalog of Eishin via PDF download.
