Differences between filtration method and electrostatic oil purification method.
Detailed information about the characteristics of the "static electricity oil purification method," which has a working current of only a few mA and poses no danger.
The debris in oil varies greatly in shape and material, and its size ranges from molecular scale to several hundred microns. Moreover, there are many varnish-like semi-solid particles that are liquid at high temperatures but solid at low temperatures, which greatly differ from debris in other liquids. This document provides a detailed explanation of the "electrostatic oil purification method" that resolves contradictions based on the functionality of filters, such as the inability to remove debris smaller than 5 microns, as well as the "filtration mechanism." Company information
Clean Tech Co., Ltd. has been engaged in research on lubrication management since its establishment as a research institute in 1961, and it introduced the world's first electrostatic oil cleaning machine that purifies oil using electric power. As of 2023, we continue to conduct research on the purification of oils and fats using static electricity and the production of purification devices (filtration). Recently, the 17 goals of the SDGs have been highlighted in the media. There are cases where our technology can be applied. Leveraging our experience and knowledge as pioneers in oil purification, cleaning, and filtration devices for lubricants and hydraulic oils, we aim to provide technological innovation to our customers, address environmental issues head-on, and develop presentations that meet the needs of the new era. We tackle environmental conservation and cost reduction directly, supporting a livable planet and achieving environmental protection and cost reduction in various industrial facilities.
