The reason why oil and fat management is not complete just by installing a filter.
Introducing the major differences between electrostatic oil purifiers and filters in oil management!
The tanks and inner walls of pipes, as well as the inner surfaces of valves in devices that have been used for a long time, already contain adhered oxidation products. These cannot be removed by transient filtration. To remove them, it is necessary to have a mechanism that prevents new generation and to gradually dissolve the already adhered oxidation products into the oil, slowly cleaning the inside of the machinery over time. This is the major difference between the "electrostatic oil cleaning machine" and a "filter." *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Company information
Clean Tech Co., Ltd. has been engaged in research on lubrication management since its establishment as a research institute in 1961, and it introduced the world's first electrostatic oil cleaning machine that purifies oil using electric power. As of 2023, we continue to conduct research on the purification of oils and fats using static electricity and the production of purification devices (filtration). Recently, the 17 goals of the SDGs have been highlighted in the media. There are cases where our technology can be applied. Leveraging our experience and knowledge as pioneers in oil purification, cleaning, and filtration devices for lubricants and hydraulic oils, we aim to provide technological innovation to our customers, address environmental issues head-on, and develop presentations that meet the needs of the new era. We tackle environmental conservation and cost reduction directly, supporting a livable planet and achieving environmental protection and cost reduction in various industrial facilities.
