[Display Device Example] Display of Measurement Data When Large Ships Dock

We would like to introduce a case study of custom product development using a production management display device. A request was received from an instrument manufacturer stating, "We need a portable display that allows operators to see the speed, angle, and distance when large ships dock at LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) ports." Under the conditions of "being easily visible outdoors" and "being easy for anyone to use immediately," we began to consider how to meet this request. 【Details】 - Since our company did not have a similar product, we designed everything from the circuit board to the case from scratch. - In designing a dedicated case, we opted for a method that does not use molds due to the low production volume. - We designed it to display the minimum necessary information using large, high-brightness 7-segment LEDs. - As we integrated the antenna, we conducted more thorough wireless communication tests during prototyping to ensure stable data transmission. - The device now allows operators to see real-time data on the constantly changing speed, angle, and distance at their fingertips, supporting the operation of large ships. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
