Technologies we possess: - We perform processes from wire to straightening, cutting, header processing, and tip grinding all with a single machine. - We carry out automatic bending processes for wire materials, producing items similar to safety pins. - We perform insert molding of metal and needles, as well as two-color molding. - We design and manufacture precision molding dies using CAD and CAM systems. - We also design and manufacture various automatic machines related to the above technologies.
