The corner cube has three mirrors arranged at 90° angles to each other, forming a corner of a cube with an incident surface perpendicular to the diagonal of the cube. Regardless of the direction of incidence, all beams are reflected back in their original direction. It is used in high-precision applications and for lasers over very long distances.
