We would like to introduce a case study of the roof painting and exterior wall renovation work at the Iwate Factory of Company S in Oshu City. There were leaks from the roof, and after typhoons, puddles would form on the floor of the rooms. The roof was painted with a highly heat-insulating product called Shanetsu Top One, and by replacing the exterior walls, we prevented water from entering the interior. The surface temperature of the roof before and after painting showed a significant difference, and we received feedback saying, "The leaks have completely stopped, and we feel secure."
