The cassette rollers from DEM Corporation are designed with the intention of replacing conventional drawing dies for continuous drawing of round and shaped wires made from low-carbon and high-carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and flux-cored welding wires. They enable increased production through faster drawing speeds, improved wire surface quality, and cleaner wire surfaces.
