Applications/Examples of results
◇ Not only lime powder for dry wire drawing, but also high-viscosity lubricants, such as oils and light greases, can be accommodated. ◇ Can be used individually in the lubricant boxes of multi-draft machines. ◇ After the wire drawing process, lubricants can be left on the surface of the wire. ◇ Installation can be done quickly and easily by just snapping it in place, making it ideal for compensating for insufficient coating on descaled rod surfaces using crimping rollers. ◇ It can be used directly clamped to the wire or within the lubricant. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
