A compact and lightweight yet powerful wheel motor! We respond to your request for "power is desired, but I want a lightweight wheel." #Wheel #WheelType
In conventional motors, the motor and gearhead mechanism are separate, which makes geared motors larger and complicates the miniaturization of the system. By utilizing one of the main features of the coreless structure, the "hollow structure," and incorporating a special planetary gearhead into that part, we enable the entire system to be more space-efficient. (GSH series) This time, we introduce the WGI series of wheel-type motors designed for electric assist bicycles and electric wheelchairs from the GSH series. "Want power but want to keep it light." "A must-see for those who want to design freely within limited space!" 【Features】 ■ "Gear-integrated" brushless motor ■ Space-saving ■ Provides the desired rotation speed and torque. ■ Maximizes the high-speed rotation of coreless motors ■ Excellent quietness due to gear integration For more details, please refer to the catalog. basic information
Features of Our Wheel-Type Motor ● Compact: Significantly smaller compared to other products due to the built-in gear effect ● Lightweight: Lightweight due to the coreless structure, contributing to vehicle weight reduction ● High Efficiency: Longer battery drive time and increased generation of regenerative energy ● Cogging-Free: Zero cogging torque due to the coreless structure ● High Torque: Achieves three times the torque compared to conventional models by using metal gears instead of resin gears A wheel motor is an electric motor that rotates the motor body while fixing the hub shaft of the wheel. In-wheel motors have many applications, including electric vehicles, electric wheelchairs, and electric assist bicycles. Our in-wheel motor incorporates a gear mechanism inside the motor, achieving a significantly smaller and lighter design compared to other in-wheel motors.
