Powder Electrostatic Coating Device "RSC NG" [Rolf Schlicht Company]

The new suction filter system makes it easy to replace the filter section!

The "RSC NG (New Generations)" is a powder electrostatic coating device suitable not only for single-core wire cables but also for multi-core wire cables. The built-in powder tank has micro-vibrations and small air holes, making it difficult for the powder to clump together, allowing it to be supplied to the powder gun in good condition. The powder itself is electrostatically charged and can be applied uniformly. Compared to conventional models, the compressed air consumption is reduced to one-third, featuring an energy-saving design. Additionally, it is designed with consideration for the working environment and the safety of the operator, ensuring that even if the door is slightly opened during spraying, powder does not scatter around. 【Features】 ■ High speed and uniformity ■ Improved quality ■ Increased work efficiency ■ Adjustable to apply a uniform amount according to the target object ■ Independent powder chamber also available *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
