In our roller system business, we are establishing a framework to meet further needs by investing in a wide range of equipment. In a previous implementation case, we prepared three dual-axis processing machines (dedicated machines) to enable mass production and equipped them with robots to meet short delivery time requirements. By automatically supplying materials and simultaneously processing both ends of the rolls, we cleared the high-precision drawing requirements and addressed two demands: short delivery times and a variety of order quantities.
