'Cars,' 'computers,' 'DVD players,' 'water heaters,' and many other precision machines do not exclude the use of 'thin plate springs.' At Tokuhatsu Sankyo Seisakusho, we shape our customers' ideas of 'Can you make a spring like this?' in pursuit of new possibilities for thin plate springs, including prototypes and mass-produced items. We manufacture thin plate springs with improved work efficiency, high precision, and low cost through 'multi-forming' and 'progressive press' techniques, starting from a minimum thickness of 0.05mm. Wave washers and disc springs can have load calculations performed in-house. Please feel free to inquire.
