Introduction to real-time quality inspection of adhesive beads using uEye LE board-level cameras.
In the automotive industry, adhesive bonding is a safe, economical, and new method that replaces welding, screwing, and riveting. To ensure this, adhesives and sealants need to be applied with high precision. To address this, the French company AKEOPLUS has developed the "AkeoBI sensor," which checks adhesive beads directly in real-time on the production line. This guarantees the quality of material deposition. In addition to the automotive industry, suppliers at various stages of the value chain and the aerospace industry can also benefit from the efficiency and high level of traceability provided by the sensor. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
