Daughter card for network design
The FMC-NET card enables prototyping of designs that require multiple network ports, such as switches and routers, through four independent Gigabit Ethernet PHY modules. Additionally, the Ethernet PHY, part of Texas Instruments' DP83867CR, supports the IEEE 1588 SOF time synchronization protocol required for industrial applications. The QSFP+ and dual-band WiFi/Bluetooth modules facilitate the validation of complex current projects featuring fiber optic or wireless communication. There are also four SATA connectors available for connecting and debugging storage and other SATA-compliant devices.
