A fluid nozzle that can spray in a mixed state without prior stirring, allowing for injection at the time of spraying.
■【Multiple types of liquids can be mixed and sprayed through a nozzle!】 Various types of liquids are supplied to the nozzle through separate pipes, and the flow path inside the nozzle is also separate. It is possible to spray in a mixed state during injection. In the case of reactive liquids, there is an advantage as there is no need to pre-mix before supplying the liquid to the nozzle. ■ Points for choosing the 'Atomax Nozzle' ・【Unique technology & simple structure】: No clogging even with high viscosity or slurry. ・【High performance & high functionality】: Capable of spraying ultra-fine particles (5μm). ・【Compact & lightweight】: Suitable for various installation locations and applications. ・【Excellent maintenance】: Only two components. No filter required. ・【Outstanding energy-saving performance】: Significantly reduces the consumption of injected gas. *For product features, please refer to the catalog available for download below "PDF Download."

Company information
Atomax Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells "external mixing vortex-type compact precision two-fluid nozzles," which are optimal for liquid atomization spraying. It efficiently breaks down and atomizes liquids into fine sprays using a unique high-speed swirling flow. The distribution of droplet diameters is also very good. The internal structure of the nozzle is very simple, and due to its large diameter, it can continuously spray stably without clogging. While it is common to achieve liquid atomization by discharging through fine holes, the Atomax nozzle is an original product born from a very unique idea.
