We are mass-producing items with an outer diameter ranging from Φ10 to Φ200. For screws, we process up to M50 and G3 in outer diameter, and M15 and G3/8 or larger in inner diameter. Flanges are machined from round material. Collars are simultaneously processed for inner and outer diameters from pipe material.

For the clutch components, we can process spacers with an outer diameter of Φ54.0, an inner diameter of Φ43.0, both with a tolerance of ±0.012, and a width of 3.1 ±0.03, achieving a distortion-free finish. Regarding the flange, we can manufacture parts with an inner diameter of Φ65 and an outer diameter of Φ50, and create a finished product that rotates up and down with a pressed-in bushing. We also process mounting holes and anti-rotation screw holes.
