The "RaFloM-HE" is a filterless fine bubble/micro bubble high-speed flotation separation device with excellent liquid cleaning capabilities. Conventional oil skimmers and float skimmers can only collect oil and debris floating on the surface, while filters can only remove relatively large debris. The "RaFloM-HE" separates and collects oil and sludge suspended in the liquid, purifying the cleaning liquid and coolant itself. Additionally, it now features the ability to transfer and process floating oil and sludge from the purified tank or vessel back to the main unit. This device can solve all problems without the need for oil skimmers or float skimmers. ■ Features - Actively floats sludge and oil in the liquid - Removes non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum), cast iron, carbon, and resin debris - Collects floating oil and sludge from cleaning tanks and coolant tanks - Extends the liquid replacement cycle - Filterless maintenance requires only a pump and scraping brush * It can also be used for purifying cleaning liquids in the cleaning process and water-soluble coolant liquids in cutting and polishing processes, as well as for odor control caused by anaerobic bacteria!
