We received a request to clean the plastic molding machine. While it is possible to place the entire molding machine inside a clean room, we proposed a "clean booth" since it would be sufficient to clean only the main parts of the machine. By targeting a single machine rather than the entire factory and further converting part of it into a clean booth, we were able to significantly reduce costs. The results met the specified requirements, so we can confidently present this to the client's clients. We also have specifications for similar equipment that can achieve Class 10000 with temperature and humidity control.
