We received a request to "create a room where we can paint automotive parts in a dust-free environment." In response, we constructed a facility that includes a clean room, a painting booth, and a drying room. To ensure that the painting room does not become negatively pressurized, we must continuously supply clean air, so we also manufactured a large air supply system capable of servicing three painting booths. Since we use HEPA filters for air supply, we have achieved a clean class of 10,000.
