Rio Co., Ltd. has obtained Patent No. 4783463 for "Method and Apparatus for Smoking Liquids." Utilizing this technology, we process liquid seasonings into smoked products, catering to both retail souvenirs and commercial seasonings for restaurants and manufacturers. We also accept small-lot private brand (PB) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) contracts, currently producing products for over 10 restaurants and retail stores. In April 2017, we obtained organic JAS certification (Japanese Agricultural Standards for organic processed foods). In December 2018, we received EU certification (limited to products shipped to the EU). By not using additives during the smoking process, we have successfully processed organic raw materials to achieve organic smoked products. Currently, we manufacture a variety of organic JAS products, including olive oil, soy sauce, seasoned vinegar, and syrups.
