From long curly shavings to sludge-like fine shavings, simultaneous filtration and transportation are possible!
The "Magnet Roller Type" is a chip conveyor that combines the transport of chips with a filtering effect using numerous magnet rollers. A number of special magnet rollers with varying magnetic forces are arranged within the frame and continuously rotate in sync via a motor. The attracted chips are sequentially transported to the chip discharge outlet by utilizing the difference in magnetic force of the rotating magnet rollers. 【Features】 ■ Reduced frequency of tank cleaning ■ Reduced frequency of coolant liquid replacement ■ Decreased workpiece defects ■ Extended tool and grinding wheel lifespan ■ Capable of simultaneously filtering and transporting chips ranging from long curly chips to sludge-like fine chips ■ The high magnetic force magnet specification type can further enhance filtering efficiency *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
