■Welding according to standard specifications ● The standard specifications include a handpiece (the part held in hand) with a standard horn already attached to the main unit (amplifier). Simply connect the handpiece's connector to the main unit (amplifier) and turn on the power switch on the back to enter standby mode. (No preheating is required.) ● Next, adjust the oscillation time by turning the oscillation time dial located on the front of the main unit (amplifier). The oscillation time can be set between 0.1 seconds and 6 seconds; please set an appropriate time based on test welding. The oscillation will start by pressing the oscillation button at the rear of the handpiece. ● Lightly touch the horn vertically against the workpiece (material) and press the oscillation switch. - After the specified number of seconds set by the oscillation time, it will automatically stop. (Allowing a HOLD time after the oscillation stops will enable a stronger weld.) (↑: Example of welding a blister pack) * The pressing force (the force to hold the material) should be around 1 kg, and once the material begins to melt, applying additional force will result in a stronger weld.
