Automated transport device "Gantry Loader" enables various workpiece transportation.

Our company's "Cableless Gantry Loader" contributes to reducing production costs by streamlining and labor-saving at the work site.

Our company's cable-less gantry loader utilizes cable-less communication using light (optical data transmission device), achieving higher speed, lower noise, and improvements in productivity and maintenance! We have realized faster operation and simplified maintenance. It can accommodate flexible loader beam extensions and carrier additions, control via NC devices, airless operation with motorized hands, and hand changers. Additionally, the incorporation of a temperature correction function ensures stable stopping positions, solving the issue of work position shifts caused by temperature changes. With the cable-less design, we achieve overall improvements in productivity and cost reduction. 【Benefits of Cable-less Design】 ・ ・Higher speed & lower noise ・Improved maintenance due to cable-less operation ・Significant reduction in running costs by minimizing the need for parts replacement such as cables ・Easy extension of loader beams and addition of carriers due to line layout changes *We also offer gantry loaders with cable wiring specifications (with cables). *For more details, please refer to the PDF or feel free to contact us.
