Our company has a wealth of experience in the processing of micro parts for the dental medical field, with a strength in manufacturing micro parts with a diameter of up to 1mm. We can also consistently propose assembly (unitization) of several types of parts. ◆Introducing our case of "Micro Parts Processing × Assembly"◆ Utilizing our technology, we proposed the manufacturing of the "beak-shaped part," which is the heart of an automatic stringing machine (a machine that ties strings to items), as well as the assembly of units using this part. The "beak-shaped part" requires extremely delicate processing, so we used NC lathes capable of processing to a precision of 10 microns, along with manual processing by skilled workers (such as broaching), achieving delicate curves that machines cannot express. We provided high-precision parts that can withstand rapid stringing operations. In addition to manufacturing the "beak-shaped part," we also support the assembly of units using this part. The assembly process also requires delicate processing and subtle shape precision that cannot be achieved by machines, so we meticulously finished each of the 3 to 4 parts by hand with files and rotary tools, assembling them while checking with inspection gauges. *For more details about our company, please refer to the materials available for download via the "PDF Download" link below.*
