The "HTM type tandem two-axis kneading extruder" is a two-axis kneading extruder that can handle high-concentration masterbatches and rigid PVC, among others. It achieves high kneading performance through a high-speed rotor of the Banbury mixer type, and after kneading and vacuum degassing in the two-axis extruder, it is extruded using a separately controlled single-axis extruder, preventing over-kneading and enabling even lower temperature extrusion compared to our conventional products.
