The "HTM-type tandem two-axis kneading extruder" is a two-axis kneading extruder that can handle high-concentration masterbatches and rigid PVC, among others. It achieves high kneading performance thanks to the high-speed rotor of the Banbury mixer type. After kneading and vacuum degassing in the two-axis extruder, it is extruded using a separately controlled single-axis extruder, which prevents over-kneading and enables even lower temperature extrusion compared to our conventional products.
