Vacuum forming is a molding method that softens plastic sheets by applying heat, and uses a female or male mold. It involves suction through vacuum holes opened in the mold, allowing atmospheric pressure (1kg/cm²) to press the material against the mold. After cooling, air is blown into the formed product to remove it from the mold.
