A texture measuring instrument suitable for numerical management of products in the field and laboratory!
This is the latest model of image analysis type texture measurement using a CMOS camera! It allows for easy measurement of the texture of paper and non-woven fabrics with simple operations. Analysis with higher resolution images than conventional models is possible. The measurement results output various numerical and image data, including the texture index (the main data for texture evaluation), making it useful not only for quality control on-site but also for research purposes. The texture index has a very high correlation with visual evaluation, making it suitable for numerical management of products in both field and laboratory settings. 【Features】 - Suitable for quality control of texture using a transmission-type texture meter for paper and non-woven fabrics. - Over 70 units delivered domestically and internationally. - A texture index with a very high correlation to visual assessment is obtained, with good reproducibility. - A wide measurement area range, capable of measuring samples from a maximum size of A4 down to approximately 10x10 cm. - Measurement targets: Paper, cardboard, and non-woven fabrics with a transmittance of approximately 1% to approximately 90%. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
