Nitto Metal Industry Co., Ltd. offers several types of lids for stainless steel containers. There is one open type (ST) and two sealed types (CTH/CTL). Among the inquiries we receive from customers, there is a question regarding sealed containers: "Which lid, CTH or CTL, has a higher sealing performance?" As a premise, the sealed containers from Nitto Metal Industry Co., Ltd. are designed based on the standard of "sealing to the extent that liquids or powders stored inside do not spill outside." They are not constructed for the purpose of complete sealing to prevent gas leakage from inside the container.
