Polyethylene (PE) Tank Deterioration Diagnosis [Simple Diagnosis]

Scientifically analyze the lifespan of PE tanks that cannot be judged by appearance! Easy diagnosis in 3 steps!

DaiLight's "Polyethylene (PE) Tank Degradation Diagnosis" utilizes FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) to derive a carbonyl index from the sampled resin, which indicates the progression of oxidative degradation, and reports it on a five-point scale. If you would like to know the degradation status of your polyethylene tank, please feel free to make a request. We handle everything from sales to long-term usage tank degradation diagnosis, disposal of discarded tanks, and installation of replacement tanks. 【Diagnosis Method】 1. Select the tank to be diagnosed. 2. Sample the surface of the tank with a specialized "file." 3.
