Fricup Zn is a treatment agent for high-strength bolt friction joints used in construction and hot-dip galvanized structures. Currently, the JASS-6 plastic treatment published by the Architectural Institute of Japan is recognized as the treatment for galvanized high-strength bolt friction joints, but Fricup Zn is a product developed to improve work efficiency and stabilize slip resistance beyond that. Hot-dip galvanizing has excellent corrosion resistance and is maintenance-free, making it advantageous for various construction structures; however, it is often difficult to achieve sufficient slip resistance at bolt joints. Fricup Zn allows for easy application without the need to move products for plastic treatment, without the hassle of masking or concerns about noise, and can be applied simply without requiring specialized skills, ensuring reliable slip resistance for bolt joints.
