Principle [kneading] • The raw material is pressed against the bottom surface of the container by the kneading blades, and the kneading action such as compression and stretching are added to perform the kneading process. • The raw material pressed against the bottom surface is scraped up by the scraper. • A kneading process suitable for granulation that is performed without forming hard cores cannot be crushed by the extrusion granulation.

Principle [mixing/agitation and granulation] • The raw material is scraped up from the bottom of the container by the granulating blades. It is rolled and fluidized so that the entire material is mixed efficiently. • Large particles produced during agitation and granulation are disintegrated by the shearing effects of the fast-rotating chopper that is attached on the side of the container, performing sharp particle sized distributions.
