We provide plastic magnets with reliable molding using advanced specialized technology.
Our "Plastic Magnet" can be manufactured in lightweight and complex shapes through resin molding. Since it can be machined, prototypes and similar items can be easily produced. Additionally, the magnets commonly used are called sintered magnets, which experience a decrease in magnetic strength due to rust, but our plastic magnets do not deteriorate from rust. Furthermore, they have a property that makes them less prone to cracking or chipping compared to sintered magnets, reducing the risk of damage to mechanical parts from fragments. 【Features】 ■ Quick response is possible through collaboration with partner companies (material manufacturers, mold manufacturers, magnetization manufacturers). ■ Utilizing our expertise in machining, we can also accommodate full machining. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
