Introducing plastic magnet products that can be molded into complex shapes and are resistant to breaking!
We would like to introduce Tokyo Ferrite Manufacturing Co., Ltd.'s "Plastic Magnet." A plastic magnet is a type of bonded magnet made from pellets that combine magnetic powder with resin, primarily formed through injection molding. It can be molded into complex shapes, is resistant to breaking, and if other components are integrated for a single molding process, it is possible to reduce the number of parts and assembly labor. [Features] ■ A type of bonded magnet primarily formed through injection molding ■ Can be molded into complex shapes and is resistant to breaking ■ Magnetic powder is oriented by applying a magnetic field in the mold to achieve high magnetic properties ■ It is possible to reduce the number of parts and assembly labor (design innovations can be expected at the planning stage) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
