The CHF series is a CNC 5-axis controlled ultra-hard chip saw side processing machine. It can process many tooth shapes, including inclined teeth and composite teeth, in a single operation. - The angle, including the squareness angle, is automatically set, and the pitch is automatically recognized. - Standard oscillation grinding is possible, allowing for significant cutting volume to be achieved in one operation, especially for saws that have undergone tooth repairs. - Flexibility is provided by the option to equip auxiliary feeding claws, capable of accommodating pitches up to 180 mm, particularly for lumber processing. - Fully automatic processing of one side, such as conical scoring saws, is also possible. - It operates without using hydraulic power, resulting in minimal maintenance effort. - Automatic centralized lubrication, which reduces maintenance effort, is included as standard equipment.
