The cycle of PIP's recruitment and development services is approximately one year. It involves receiving talent requests from clients, recruiting new graduates from our university network, developing talent at the Global Service Base (GSB), and utilizing PIP program graduates at client sites in Japan. Features of PIP services: 1. Creating talent specifications based on client requirements and providing a variety of PIP services. 2. Recruiting new graduates from top overseas universities using our unique ASEAN and China university network. 3. Long-term development as PIP interns at our overseas training center before starting work. 4. A support system for PIP graduates in Japan, provided by ASEAN and Chinese staff alongside Japanese staff.
