Our company utilizes the uniquely developed Professional Intern Program (PIP) to support Japanese companies in the recruitment, development, and utilization of global talent. We strengthen the necessary human skills, logical thinking, multilingual communication, and expertise required for global talent, while also enhancing communication abilities in Japanese in addition to their native language. Furthermore, we collaboratively design training content with our clients to teach the foundational knowledge of the technologies necessary for conducting business in Japan. Features of the PIP service: 1. Creation of talent specifications tailored to the needs of companies, providing a variety of PIP services. 2. Recruitment of new graduates from top overseas universities using our unique ASEAN and China university network. 3. Long-term development as PIP interns at our overseas training center before starting work. 4. Follow-up support for PIP graduates in Japan by ASEAN and Chinese staff alongside Japanese staff.
