A method of extrusion while coating with resin! Introducing insert and single-color extrusion molding.
We would like to introduce the processing technology of Katsuron Co., Ltd., "Extrusion Molding." Just like making minced meat at a butcher shop, resin (raw material) is fed into the cylinder from the hopper, and while heating, the screw is turned to push the resin forward. As the resin is pushed, it melts and is kneaded, then extruded through the die to form the desired shape. 【Features】 ■ Single Color: Products are made using one extrusion machine. ■ Two Colors: Two extrusion machines are used to simultaneously extrude two different materials with varying hardness, colors, or performance characteristics through the die into a single product. ■ Insert: A core material is inserted from the back of the die, and the resin is extruded while being coated inside the die. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
