Introducing the high-speed, high-performance horizontal machining center 'HM6300'. 【Further Performance Improvements from Conventional Machines】 (1) Improved proximity from the spindle end face to the pallet center It can approach up to 50mm, allowing for the use of shorter protruding tools, which enhances tool rigidity, enabling high-efficiency machining and extending tool life. Additionally, it supports a maximum tool length of up to 600mm. For deep hole boring operations, machining can be done without flipping the pallet, allowing for both reduced cutting time and high-precision machining. (2) Expanded maximum workpiece size It can accommodate workpieces up to φ1,110mm in diameter, 1,300mm in height, and weighing up to 1,500kg, ensuring one of the largest workpiece sizes in its class. (3) Increased rapid feed speed By adopting a slant structure at the X-axis guide mounting section, it achieves sufficient rigidity while reducing weight, resulting in a rapid feed speed of 75m/min (54m/min for the Y-axis only).
