Control and correction of the workpiece's long and short sides, inverted position, front and back, and surface orientation using guide formations, air blow, magnet units, etc. Workpieces deemed good are collected damage-free via an air-floating slope. 2. In-Machine Inspection of Parts Feeders: Since there is no vibration within the parts feeder machine, it can be equipped with customer-specified measurement and inspection cameras, various sensors, or our recommended measurement and inspection systems that are compatible with the tray feeder. Vibration-free, seamless guide induction minimizes disturbances in workpiece orientation when transferring to the inspection table. 3. Multi-Variety Support: One model can accommodate multiple varieties, with variety switching requiring only a few parts replacements and sensor threshold adjustments. 4. Static Electricity Suppression Structure: There are few points where workpieces come into contact with the machine structure, making it less likely for static electricity issues to occur. 5.
