"Majestic" is a hydraulic servo press system that performs calculations on acquired digital information instantly. It is possible to input external I/O signals between the operations of each axis, making it easy to realize the processing methods conceived by the customer. The capacity ranges from 500kN to 6000kN, all in a compact size and featuring a pitless structure. 【Features】 ■ The standard specification includes a main slide and a lower knockout (KO) with two axes, and it can also be manufactured with three or more axes. ■ Control of position, speed, load, and KO back pressure can be done through settings on a touch panel. ■ KO back pressure can be set in five stages linked to the position of the slide. ■ Stroke lengths of up to 600mm can be manufactured. ■ Hydraulic servo valves (flow control valves) are not used. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
