Rollers are treated with hard chrome plating on the rolls.
From the production of rolls and rollers to finishing, including plating. We will perform plating treatment on the rollers you provide. We also accept repairs for existing rolls. For various types of rolls used in extrusion molding machines, coaters, printing machines, and stretching machines for shaping and secondary processing of films and sheets, you can entrust us with everything from production to surface treatment! We can sketch, CAD model, and manufacture rolls currently in use. We will also investigate and reproduce surface treatments. 【Features】 ◆ Capable of processing micron-level G polishing required for coater rolls and others ◆ Vertical polishing with a super mirror finish of 0.05S or less is also possible ◆ Surface treatments such as Tef-Lock treatment to prevent dirt adhesion and Cro-Amol treatment requiring high hardness are also available.

basic information
◆◇◆Other Features◆◇◆ ◆High-precision finishing of coater rolls and knife rolls is possible Processing can be done with roll precision at the micrometer level, and knife rolls can be processed with high precision sharp edges using precise flat grinding technology. ◆Ultra-mirror finishing required for optical film and sheet molding is possible With a roll surface roughness of 0.05S or less, it minimizes hairline marks to the extreme, enabling the production of smooth and highly transparent films. ◆In roll equipment, dirt adhesion has become a significant issue for productivity Our Tef-Lock treatment excels in release properties and water repellency, making it possible to maximize the prevention of dirt adhesion and oligomer attachment.
