This is an electrically controlled pencil hardness tester designed to achieve more stable results in pencil hardness tests, which are prone to human error.
When conducting the pencil hardness test by hand, there are two very difficult points to ensure consistently stable results: 1. Do not apply excessive load (750g ± 10g). 2. Push over a minimum distance of 7mm at a stable speed of 0.5 to 1mm/s. With the new electric pencil hardness testing machine, these two points can be controlled electronically, allowing for consistently stable test results. First, the load can be set from 500 to 1000g in increments of 10g. Additionally, the test speed can be set from 0.5 to 8.5mm/s. You can also freely choose the test duration from 1 to 999 seconds. This enables consistently stable testing to be conducted.
