Showa, which specializes in consistent processing from press processing to machining, can manufacturing, and sheet metal work, has completed a new product: the new upward-facing bucket conveyor (pivot conveyor) SPM-R and SPL-R series! In the conventional upward-facing type (where the bucket returns upward after discharging the conveyed items), there have been cases where twisting occurs in the chain when used under heavy loads due to the position of the pins supporting the buckets, leading to troubles. To mitigate and resolve this issue, we have developed a new type of upward-facing pivot conveyor! By focusing on the position of the pins supporting the buckets, which are the cause of twisting, we have created a new bucket conveyor, the SPM-R and SPL-R series, that reduces chain twisting and minimizes troubles.
