High reliability is achieved with high-intensity, durable wedge wire screens!
The "TS Drum Screen" is widely used for concentration, recovery, separation, and cleaning. By rotating the cylindrical screen at a low speed, it can always maintain a clean mesh state during processing, resulting in a longer retention time for materials on the screen and reduced moisture content. By incorporating a spiral plate inside the screen, drainage of materials on the screen can be carried out smoothly, while the environmentally friendly sealed design minimizes odors and prevents splashing water. 【Features】 ■ Compact yet large processing capacity ■ Capable of handling high-concentration mixed liquids ■ Sealed structure that reduces odors and prevents splashing water ■ Customizable piping specifications for supply and discharge * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since its founding in 1954, Toyo Screen Manufacturing has been a screen manufacturer contributing to industrial development as an "expert in separation and classification." Always adapting to the changes of the times, we provide screens that meet our customers' needs, including woven wire mesh, perforated plates, and urethane screens for the steel and crushing industries as part of our operational technology. During the period of rapid economic growth, when environmental pollution became serious, we developed and sold wedge wire screens and solid-liquid separation devices as core businesses for the water treatment sector. In response to the high quality demands in the production processes of various modern industries, we have successfully established the technology for fine wedge filters with a world-leading minimum size of 5 microns. We are always thinking about the future that our screens and filters will help realize in daily solutions.
