We carry out the entire process from order and estimation, molding, pouring, breaking, cutting and deburring, shot blasting, to finishing and inspection, all the way to delivery. In the "pouring" process, where molten metal is injected into the mold, a technique is required to pour it quietly and quickly to avoid trapping air. "Deburring" is an important task related to finishing within the process.
