This is a cold pressure welding machine manufactured by PWM, which boasts the top global market share in cold pressure welding machines.
The PWM cold pressure welding machine HP200 can easily cold pressure weld copper/aluminum wires ranging from 2.0 to 6.0 mm. 【Features】 - In addition to pure copper and pure aluminum, cold pressure welding of non-ferrous metals such as gold and silver wires, as well as dissimilar metals like copper and silver, is possible depending on the materials. - Cold pressure welding of non-round wires is also possible. - Since no heat is applied during the welding process, the welded area maintains the same properties and strength as the base material. - The main unit is easy to repair, and we have parts in stock, so we also offer repair services. While there are no demo units available domestically, sample testing can be conducted at the manufacturer. Please contact us for more details.

basic information
The British company Pressure Welding Machines (PWM) is the market leader in the cold welding machine industry. Cold welding is a method of joining non-ferrous metals by butting wires together and applying pressure to remove oxide films and impurities. Since it does not use heat, the characteristics of the material in the welded area can be preserved. PWM's dies maintain excellent alignment due to the craftsmanship involved, allowing even fine wires to be easily butted together with just a simple insertion, which means that minimal training is required for operators. By connecting the wire wound on the next bobbin before drawing, continuous production is possible. Additionally, by joining different sizes together, it is also possible to reduce production losses before the twisting process.
