Comprehensive analysis items related to texture! We can quantify and measure factors such as chewiness, "crispiness," and the dissolvability of seaweed.
The texture measurement device "Tensipresser" is, as the name suggests, a device that analyzes and measures the texture of food ingredients. It is capable of conducting analyses not just by simply measuring numerical values, but also in accordance with the desired finish (such as chewiness or the presence of graininess). Additionally, being a product developed in-house allows for customization tailored to customer needs, which is a significant strength. You can view technical materials summarizing analysis items and measurement examples through the PDF download. 【Features】 ■ Wide range of measurements and analyses related to "texture" is possible ■ Over 50 years of proven track record ■ Numerous delivery records (For food manufacturers, food-related equipment manufacturers, schools, etc.) *You can view technical materials summarizing analysis items and measurement examples through the PDF download. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
