We will introduce the method for applying fluororesin coating. First, check the structure of the can body and perform degreasing by empty firing at 400°C. Next, finish the surface with blasting to achieve a white metal finish, apply primer, dry, and then bake, followed by painting the top coat. Finally, bake again and measure the film thickness using an electromagnetic thickness gauge and an eddy current thickness gauge through sampling. 【Application Method (Part)】 1. Can Body - During drawing creation: Structure check - Upon completion of canning: Base material test (welded parts and corners) 2. Degreasing (empty firing at 400°C) 3.
